Membership is open to all world language teachers and administrators in HawaiÕi. Language students may also participate as non-voting members within the organization. Members are invited to participate in the Fall Symposium at no charge, and to the Spring Conference at a discounted charge. Members receive the HALT Newsletter via mail or e-mail.

Annual dues are collected for each calendar year and are $15.00 ($5 for students and teaching assistants).
